The food I ordered was good.
The rating is due to lack of service, especially on a Friday night. We walked in and there was nobody to greet us or a sign that says seat yourself. After about 5 minutes, someone from the bar told us to seat ourselves. Since we hd to seat us ourselves, we basically had to find our own menus since nobody really came around at a reasonable time frame.
After we have ordered our drinks and food, which we probably had to wait like 15 minutes just to do that, it took 30+ minutes for our food to arrive. After we were all done eating, another 15 to 20 minutes go by before they came around and asked about our checks.
Overall it took about an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours at this restaurant.
We also had to hail down someone just to get refills on our drinks as they never came around and checked.
