Mass & Khadi

I went to the shop (Mass & Khadi) three weeks ago and got my hair braided into an updo style. The lady that braided my hair was quick and professional. I believe she was the owner. Yesterday, I went back to get box braids and my appointment was scheduled for 9am. When I arrived no one was there, I called and was told that she "forgot" about my appointment and would be there in 15 minutes. My hair wasn't braided until over an hour later. Eventually, two people were braiding my hair. I explained to both braiders that I'm sensitive around my edges and to please braid easy around my edges. I had to hold some of my braids because they were being pulled and it was very uncomfortable. All of a sudden, one of the ladies kept telling me in a very rude manner "stop holding your hair and move your hand". I told her "I'm holding my hair because it hurts". The other braider very professionally asked me to hold my braids a different way, which was fine. The rude braider got loud and started telling me "my head wasn't hurting". I asked her "how can you tell me what's hurting on MY head"? She also tried to bring other customers in to the situation. I requested for the lady to let someone else braid my hair because she was very rude and unprofessional. Once my hair was finished, I paid and walked out. I will NEVER go to this place again. I was very disappointed by the horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place.
