We went in and Jim helped us find a few mattresses that fit our needs. Not pushy at all! He very knowledgably explained the benefits of different mattresses, and we found the perfect one! We were losing sleep due to the poor quality of our last mattress that we picked out without the help of some one that actually knows the differences between beds. I highly recommend these guys! Jim even delivered it to our house the same day and hauled away the old one- FREE!
