When you schedule an appointment to see a dr or dentist, you expect to be seen at the time or shortly after. Every time we go here, we are stuck waiting. And I do not mean 25-30 minutes AFTER our appointment times, but literally an hour or two. Then when you get back into the room, you have to watch and ask questions about what they are doing because they don't know. We were in the office a month ago to have my daughter's baby teeth pulled per orders from her orthodontist. No new exrays were taken to make sure the right teeth were being pulled. They were going off exrays taken a year ago and almost pulled one of my daughter's adult teeth!!!! No prescription strength pain medication was ordered, no antibiotics, nothing. She was told to take ibuprofen. 4 days later, still in immense pain and doing exactly what they told her to do, I had to call and argue with them about prescribing her prescription strength Motrin!!! Now we are back because one of the baby teeth that was supposed to be pulled and wasn't because the dentist said it would come out on its own is giving her trouble and we have literally waited an hour AFTER our appointment time!!! This place is a waste of time!!!
