Had to wait for my food. They forgot my drinks and had to go inside. When I went inside up to the counter, everyone was standing there. Didn't even see me or approach me for about 30 seconds. This is bad customer service. Regardless of how much you get paid, you should still have excellent customer service. You get paid to serve the customer. I was even calm and nice about the mistake. Just sad. Need to learn from Marcos what customer service looks like.
