Wow what a crappy place. Got skipped in the drive thru line so we had to order at the window. Then we couldn't understand the guy at the pickup window at all because he was mumbling and wasn't even looking at us. Then they didn't give us our whole order so we had to go inside and the cashier was rude and pretty much threw the bag at us. Seriously this place sucks and needs new management and staff. Will not be going back any time soon. If I could I would give them zero stars.

The res. In West Jefferson ohio restrooms were very bad .Had clean my shoe soles before getting my car.comode was overflowing with waste .The rest of the rest room floor was covered with overflow.
