Inept...They don't even deserve one star. They are inept in so many ways I can't even begin to describe it. My husband has been trying since Thursday to get a prescription that was faxed to their pharmacy multiple times and also called in by our primary care provider twice. My husband was told on Thursday that they had the prescription but it wasn't ready yet (after 5 hours of it being faxed in), then the next day he goes to pick it up and the same person tells my husband that they never received the prescription...Then the provider calls in the prescription out of her own time on the weekend and guess what? They never received it...of course you didn't. I personally quit using this pharmacy years ago because of the same problems. It takes days to fill prescriptions that should take 15 minutes to prepare. I would advise anyone who wants to use this pharmacy to run like hell in the other direction. Go to Walgreens in Englewood - Their pharmacists and techs actually know what they are doing and get it done in a timely manner with great attitudes.
