How did this small local chain become absolutely iconic? First by not being cheap back when everyone else still was. They chose premium ingredients over cheap ones--cheese, meats, breads, potatoes, you name it. Then they made it all fun. Actually fun, not forcing itself to be fun. Love this place and I totally understand why there are lines out the door.
