I don't believe I've ever been to a less friendly adoption location. The shop owner/ workers had a kitten out in their lap. We asked if our four year old could pet her, to which they replied that they could not. As my daughter became upset, they quickly put the kitten away. As a serious kitten seeking family, It's kind of difficult too adopt when you can't see if it's family appropriate.
