Colin Cunningham was absolutely amazing!. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, kindness and unmatched service. He was with us every step of the way and continues to check in with us. He went above and beyond, working while out sick to get us the car we wanted. The dedication to outstanding customer service shines through the Bernie Moreno dealerships. Everyone there is great!! Andrew, in finance was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Bill from Mercedes Benz service is awesome and has been very helpful and kind. We worked with Jeremy from Porsche service when we had our Maserati and he is amazing. All of these people show that they genuinely care about you and your car and that is very hard to find. We live in PA and have all of the luxury dealerships within 10 miles of our home, yet we have never received the appreciation and impeccable service like we do at Bernie Moreno, which is why we keep coming back. They have our business for life!!! All of our thank and appreciation.

Absolutely amazing experience with Erick Willis, Bill Schwark, and the Finance team. I live in NY and was in the market for a CPO G63. When I first inquired about the vehicle online, within minutes Erick sent me a real-time video with a detailed overview of the vehicle I was interested in. From then on in and through the entire purchase and delivery process I received nothing less than first class service. Erick's attention to my needs was awesome - sending me pictures and videos to answer any additional questions or concerns I had since I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen in a different state. I felt at ease during the entire process. End result is that my G63 was delivered to my home in NY as promised, bright and early this morning in mint condition as portrayed. I have never been more satisfied with a big ticket purchase such as this. I would absolutely do business with Erick, Bill and MB of North Olmsted in the future and would strongly recommend them to others as well. Thanks guys!!!
