I logged into a Dayton, OH real estate site by creating an account that said my phone number would only be used as a password, Immediately I received a text saying someone would call later. Mike called the next day, unsolicited. I do not think this is ethical behavior and will not use him should I move to the Dayton area. Highly irritating and unprofessional. Use as you see fit. Yes, he does not know me and has not met me, but he did violate my privacy and did not ethically represent the real estate web site as stated. Having not met someone is not a valid excuse, and demeans my credibility to pass along my experience. As I stated, make your own decision. On a positive note, from his email, phone message and web site I believe Mike is an experienced, capable real estate agent as other reviews have stated.
