Absolutely the best servise ! I recommend this place to everyone. They gave me the best deal on my brakes and tire rotation . the custmer servise was amazing Joe & Rick was really helpful and knowledgeable they made me feel really welcomed and garreld the technician guy did a really good job. I recommend everyone tips the technician guys we have to appreciat their hard work.

Made an appointment on Saturday to get my oil changed. The guy told me 430 on Monday, Labor Day. It's nice that they were open on Labor Day but unfortunately he told me 430 and apparently but me in for 400. I walk in at 418 to get my oil changed and the manager tells me I was supposed to be there at 400 and that they weren't able to change my oil because they were trying to get out of there by 500. Needless to say I walked out without getting an oil change and won't be able to do it anytime soon because I have a full time job and am a full time student. I will never come back to Monroe ever again. Kia can have my money and I don't mind paying the 20 extra than I would have paid at Monroe. Get your scheduling together Monroe before you lose more customers.
