Montrose Ford in Fairlawn

I've dealt with this service dept several times. Some of the service consultants are just fine while others seem to have an attitude for some reason. Had my car in for warranty service. Had to take it back the next day because the eco boost turbo wasn't working. Worked fine before. Ended up having to go to Brunswick Ford dealer who fixed it. (They had a worse attitude. I'll never go there) I've had other similar issues but won't go into detail. I will avoid unless I need warranty service.

Have only used them for service one time now...they serviced my Mustang amazingly quick...everyone there were very polite and helpful
