Horrible experience! They charged 3 hours when only being there 1 hour and 40 minutes, they showed up 50 minutes late and short 1 mover. They nicked the walls horribly and I have to have the painter come back. Worse part they won't return calls or pick up to discuss, I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days. Stay far far away, not worth any type of saving.
I have not received any calls and now going on 5 straight days of calling you and yes you completed it in time because being an hour late we started the job and I called for help because you were short a person for the heavy stuff. I had a conversation with you when I called asking where you were at 9:20 when the arrival time was 9:00 and it was stated I would only be charged for the time they were there which was 1 hour and 40 minutes not 3 hours and no I did not go and look around the house for chunks taken out of my stair case and walls because I figured I didn't have to with "professional movers". Yes please send me a copy, because that would at least be some type of response.
