Excellent service, vac had been used and neglected for years, just stopped working. Tech told me what was needed and eventually showed me what had been accidentally sucked up and reducing performance. I learned a lesson about not using it like a shop vac. After they installed a new power cord, brush thingie, gave her a thorough cleaning and tune-up, my XL21 was as good as the day I got it. I will tell all of my friends and family to check them out.
