I recently moved to the area and was concerned that my experience would be a bit lacking from my prior experiences closer to Columbus, but was happily wrong. The staff are friendly, the shop is clean, plenty of comfy chairs for the pedicures and tons of colors for gels, acrylics, standard mani, etc... I am very happy to have such a nice shop close by.
They do accept walk-ins, but you may wait a bit if there are a lot of appointments already on the books. I suggest that you schedule an appointment. They are very accommodating and have decent hours.
