I had a situation come up with one of the vehicles and I let Nick know and he went on and above what he needed to do to make sure I left happy and continue to be a repeat customer of Nationwide going forward. I also want to say thanks to Brian and Sam for their help as well with the issue. A special thanks to Nick, again, who was there even when I picked up the replacement vehicle.
