Newman Roofing, LLC

I have used Newman Roofing a couple times this year. First time was smooth and everything was perfect. Second time I noticed a major leak with the first rain after the repair. Seems the plumber hired three years earlier had created a plumbing issue that had gone unnoticed until the roof repair made it worse (at no fault of the roofing company). Newman Roofing gets 5 stars for showing concern for my situation, getting someone out there within a couple hours to look at the problem, taking the time to figure out exactly what was happening, and working with me to explain what was going on. Even though I now have to call a plumber to fix my current problem, I’m more than happy with the service received from both Tim and Alex. Based on what I have just gone through and the level of professionalism and courtesy from everyone involved, I will never use another roofing company for anything. They are honest and really care about their customers. I had a hard time reading their reviews because there weren’t any negative ones, now I know why. Too bad more companies don’t treat their customers like Newman Roofing does. They took a very angry customer and created one for life. I want to thank everyone there who had to deal with me today when I was so upset. You took an unpleasant experience and turned it into a positive one.
