My thin crust pizza was burnt called to complain and the manager was rude and made excuses and acted like he didn't offer me a replacement which I would've taken and then didn't want to give me my money back, wanted to give me a partial. We can't eat the pizza. He sounded like a teenager. I wasn't happy and wanted me to be nice to him to get my money back. I don't owe you anything. I am a grown women and don't owe you anything. Just handle it and give me my money back. Marco's Pizza needs to teach their employees how to treat customers. I've been going there for 3 years and have never had a problem until today. Tighten up on your employees.
