My girlfriend has had her STNA and worked in various facilities for many years now and this place was by far the worst!!! They are critically understaffed more often than not! Many of the aids are rude and flat out disrespectful to the residents. She would report incidents of verbal abuse from staff to residents and nothing would get done. She worked very hard and gave the best care possible and never got a review or raise in the 18 months that she worked there. It is a horrible facility and I wouldn't send an enemy there!!!
