Not very helpful, employee on phone was fairly rude. Did not order from them, called another local florist with much better service. Pretty sad when as a customer we are looking to spend a decent amount of money and customer service is horrible & rude.

Highly recommend ordering flowers from them. They are the best florist I have ordered from and you can always expect high quality arrangements and such nice customer service. These flowers are a much better quality and always last longer than the ones at Kroger.
