Thanks so much to Kyle. You are my hero. Kyle was courteous and so helpful. Expedited the correction of a major problem with my computer.

Went there for two items, one for business, one for personal. I was told after the first transaction that I would have to go back in line for the second transaction for the second item. I have never heard of such a policy and I will never return! Poor customer service.
