Rude as hell, So instead of trying to genuinely do her job and help or point me in the right direction one of your ghetto customer service reps decides to have a yelling contest with me, and then when asked to be switched to someone that can help without the hostility she insisted on with her malarkey , never got my matter resolved ...Hire more professionals that know what they're doing or is at least willing to help without the none sense. However the other representative was a sweet heart. Update: 12:28 pm Ms. Sue was able to help thank you , and PROFESSIONAL might I add.
