Outback Steakhouse

I would give 5 stars, but the service was horrible. I was very patient with the server, who made mistake after mistake. He was obviously having a bad evening. I spoke with a Mgr by the name ,"Chad" who handled the situation very well. TY... The food was still really good. I would definitely go back and even have the same server, who apologized for lack thereof before I left. I told him that everyone has a bad day and to do better next time and gave him a generous 40% tip. He'll be better next time, Im sure. Very impressive turn around.
