I am so disappointed!! I thought Panera delivery was the answer to my prayers since I am home bound for a while due to having knee surgery. The first delivery was perfect, arrived on time and everything I ordered was included. The following two have gotten steadily worse. The second was missing butter (I had requested) napkins, silverware and was 45 minutes after the confirmed time. I just received my third delivery which was missing part of my order, a bagel, extra baguette and butter (again). Fortunately I noticed before the driver left and told him of the missing items. He came back about 20 minutes later with the bagel (not sliced on he bread sliced like I requested) and the butter. No extra baguette, that I had paid for. I tried to call the store and after ringing a ridiculous amount of times and no answer, I gave up.
Panera is one of my favorite restaurants, but the delivery service from this location is terrible and no customer service or anyone to get ahold of when something goes wrong.
