They came to my house because of a basement flood. It was a live-in basement so they were required to remove the carpet that was damaged in the flood. In order to remove the carpet, they had to rearrange large furniture. Once the carpet was removed, they just up and left, WITHOUT replacing the furniture and we were stuck with a huge mess. All this worth thousands of dollars. Would NOT recommend.
