When we decided we needed a few new computers for our office, we were going to order several over the next year, and thought it wise to use a local business as opposed to ordering online in order to have quick support. We are a very small business and have to really budget our money and spend wisely. After purchasing the first and getting no support we were thinking the extra money wasn't worth it. The deciding factor was when we called and asked for help on something else and were refused because we had not ordered any more after the first, which we have not purchased elsewhere due to no funds right now. Very poor business etiquette. We will not ever use them again.
