They are not to bad but the staff some of them accuse me of yelling at them twice i was not yelling at them. I do not like how they want you to use your debit card 10 times. If you dont they take 8 dollars out of your account emd of oaid period. the casemanger also thinks it is unreasonble. If you have points and need a new card they send you a new one out you will loose all your points. You earn on debit card rewards. Its lame. I like chase bank alot better than these people. Nathan i like him his a good banker amanda is not to bad. Lisa is not bad but i just very weary around them i feel uncomfortable with them as my bank. Itself. I never received my replacement card they told me. I need to wait longer because they sent so many. Debit cards out topeople
WORST customer service ever; spoke to a personal banker named "Angie" who was start to finish rude, snarky, and somehow the opposite of helpful. She actually told me to close my account (which had always been in good standing) rather than assisting me with the seemingly simple task of ordering a new ATM card after mine was compromised. AND they got me with hidden fees going out the door. Again, I cannot emphasize how TERRIBLE this experience was. I wouldn't recommend People's bank to anyone.
