I truly wish that I could give less than one star. This is the absolute worst dental establishment I've ever visited in my entire life! I have had nothing but problems since my first visit to have a tooth extracted. I had to call out of a newly aquired job for my first visit only to spend over an hour and a half in their Lobby before even being seen. When they finally brought me back into the exam room the dental assistant took 1 x-ray and advised me that they would be taking more after I saw the dentist. The dentist finally came into the exam room about 25 minutes later and advised me (although I did not have an abscess) that I would have to then schedule a secondary appointment for the extraction and that he (Dr. Perlman) "would try to look at my x-ray later" "if he had time" . At my second appointment the extraction was finally done but the dentist said that he did not have time to take my other x-rays as promised at the previous visit. Instead he advised me he would have to "try to do that at another appointment". I explained to them again that I recently started a new job and would not be able to take time off for fear of losing my employment. They scheduled me for a third appointment for the following Friday to remove the stitches. The next day I was in excruciating pain at the extraction site and from previous experience with extractions I did not know this to be normal, so I called into the office in attempts to speak with the dentist for advice on alleviating the pain or what to do from that point, but was unable to reach anyone by phone, so I left a message explaining my concerns and requesting a call back. When I finally heard back from the receptionist at the office she put me on hold for about a half an hour and then finally hung up the phone without ever retrieving my call off hold. Because I was at work at the time I was unable to call in again before they closed, so I called into the office again on the following day, and yet again was unable to reach anyone. I once again I left a message detailing my concerns and again receive no assistance from anyone at their office. Finally I went in for my visit to have the stitches removed today and when I arrived at their office today (this now being the THIRD day I've had to miss work) apparently they had left early for the weekend. Their unprofessionalism and total lack of respect for their patients is absolutely infuriating. At this point I am at a total loss as to how they are still in business with such poor patient relations and practices.
