You have a great business with great employees!! Your assistant manager was courteous over the phone (in fact the ONLY shop to even answer for me, an hour away drive so rather important I knew you carried an item) and, more importantly in person. She helped select the best products and was honest about items that wouldn't fit the bill or were waste of resources for my specific pets. Really wonderful and helpful woman and that means a LOT when looking for what you need. Will make this our usual stop from now on!
