I went in during February with a bunch of infant clothing ranging from premature to size 3-6months (a lot of the clothing containing the original tags and outfit sets). I was asked when starting the process if it was a smoke free home. I stated how my husband and myself smoke outside but never in the house or car, and we never touch our baby’s clothes or herself with unwashed hands. When I returned an hour later like asked to, she said she had to turn down ALL of my daughters clothing because of smoke residue. In reality she told me they had a ton of orders to complete today and I don’t think she had time for me. She was very rude to me when stating there was residue and made me feel like a terrible parent. I have bought a ton of wonderful toys, clothes, and other things from there but never again. And they can never seem to keep the same owner so they must be doing something wrong. I will never take my business here again.
