Amazing staff! Had an issue with my vet and faxing a prescription over, both the guy at banfield and the lady on the floor were so helpful! My vet basically told me my cat has to starve but they helped me out of this situation and made everything better! They both really went above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much for the help!
