The PLI Group

The countertop went in without a hitch. I opted for backsplash and when the workers showed up to do it the guy complained it was not cut right. He decided to cut it so it would work which I had no issue with since he had had to make some adjustment on the countertop without any issues. They did not leave until 8:30 and I did not notice the job done. When I contacted PLI about the fact that there was a gap under the microwave on the side that I could almost stick my little finger in they made appt to send the guy back. On his prior visit he talked about how good he was and how some of the other work that was done in the area was not done well. Long story short he told me he had to cut it like that(forget the fact that the other side did not match this cut. So he gobbed it out with silicone and lied about the fact that this was good quality work. Since I have been trying to get this kitchen in since February and the turn over to get someone here takes so long I guess I am going to live with his crappy work. Do not use PLI for your work if you don't have to. The installer was arrogant and he lied about why the gap was there to cover up for the fact it was there. Horrible experience.
