On a matter concerning my PNC credit card a year ago, staff at branch was very helpful and my matter was resolved in my favor.
Several years ago, when a transaction I attempted in Chicago, where my son lives, caused my credit card to be cancelled at Key Bank, PNC completed the transaction with their card (my backup card) and called me within 20 minutes to confirm I was in Chicago and bought items at a Home Depot. That’s the way to handle it!
This is a good Bank and great branch.
