Horrible customer service. The manager lied to us then had the audacity to cut off my mother on the phone and hang up on her. Blamed my mom for faulty buttons on a wallet less than a month old that had been used maybe 3-5 times. Told us we couldn’t return the product after it had been repaired even though it was a manufacturer product that was faulty. This wasn’t our first Prada purchase but it’s absolutely our last here.
