Easily 5 out of 5 stars; I can't say enough good. When something mechanical is having a problem it's stressful. Having an expert not only knowledgeable but kind is essential. I really enjoyed doing business with this contractor when I lived in Ohio. Brad was very thorough and fair. The work was always top notch with everything 100% resolved in one service call; I never had to call back a second time. Brad was also very honest. There were several times he fixed something small for a small charge when I was expecting something big, and a large repair bill. He never worked on or billed anything that wasn't needed. I think this is a very rare trait in service today. Combined with the quality and great attitude, this made me a repeat customer. Wish these guys had a branch in Southern Florida so I could still be a customer.
