Raises rental fees without warning; automatically renews rental.agreements without authorization; files for.eviction if more than 3 days late with rent regardless of amount owed. Never get a live person when calling and never get a return phone call when.leaving messages. Horrible people to do.business with. STAY AWAY!!!
