I went to revival spa. First I went for a massage and it was nice. I then went in to get my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin waxed. After the wax, there was a big bald spot on my left eyebrow. I wanted to go home and examine it before I said anything. I went home and was very upset. I took pictures and sent via email to them for the manager to see. I didn't receive a reply, so I called. The manager was extremely rude and snooty. I don't know why. She said she wouldn't refund my money and if I wanted to pursue it further, I would need to talk to her husband. I have never had a manager of a business speak to me that way or not give me a refund if I wasn't happy with the service. I feel they are very unprofessional. They charge the same price in Washington D.C. and do an excellent job and treat customers with respect.
Additionally, I went in for a french manicure and then ended up having a clear gel coat which I was charged $35 for it, which I feel is overpriced.
I'm mostly upset about the eyebrow and how the manager spoke to me.
