I wrote an earlier review for Ricart and want to be sure I leave it in the right place. I worked with Drew Mellen and he leased me my 2017 Kia Sportage. He was wonderful Explained everything and sometimes had to do it twice. I'm older and the newer technology in the cars is confusing. It's so important to get the right salesman when you enter the dealership and I believe most salesmen at Ricart will treat you right. But after I finished my transaction and left, I went back to ask a question and ran into Harrison. He looked at me and said, Didn't you sign papers? You finished your transaction, we're through with you. I was shocked and went to someone else who answered my question. Then I found out my daughter deals with Harrison and it seems he is not a jerk to her. So I guess if you are young, slim , hot, and blond, Harrison can be nice. But I will sing Drew's praises everywhere. He took the time to be nice to an older women who has a hard time understanding new technology and I know if I have questions, he will be there to answer them. It's hard enough trying to deal with all of the advances since 1949 and running into a rude jerk doesn't make it any easier! I thought maybe he was just a jerk to everyone but maybe once you sign papers and there is nothing else in it for him, he will be through with you too! To be fair, Harrison was not my salesman, so maybe he only answers questions for those who benefit him.
