They have very good prices and a friendly and helpful staff. I recently bought a 2013 Ford Focus and feel that I got a solid deal. When I got home I noticed there were a couple round dents on the passenger side. I believe I hadn't noticed them because it was raining out both times I looked at the car at the dealership. I called in to see if there was anything they could do. Initially I was told they couldn't do anything and that they weren't there when I left an hour before. I expressed my frustration with the situation and shortly the manager Rich called me back. He was very sincere in his desire to have 100% satisfaction. He had their dent repair man come to my house and pop them out for no charge. I was not expecting this and I believe that is some seriously good customer service! There is always going to be problems and issues, and how we handle them is what make the difference. Buying a used car or any car is stressful enough, but I think you are safe doing it at Marhofer. Even if you run into an issue, they are willing to take care of it.
