Very expensive and a bad haircut; I told the barber/stylist what I wanted (shave the sides, leave it long on top), and they proceeded to shave the sides unevenly, and trim the top longer on one side than the other. When I pointed it out, the barber/stylist explained it as some kind of pompadour - despite me never asking for that kind of style. I asked them to just even up the sides and top, but the left side was still lower than the right and my hair on top was still uneven afterward. I decided to save myself from further damage and left to get the cut fixed by a better barber.
