Expected a perfect haircut... but got a very basic haircut that's not even in par with what I get in GreatClips. I am very disappointed and now stuck with this for next 3 or 4 weeks. Lesson learnt and I am going back to my old hair stylist from next time. I regret making the decision to come here. I cannot offer a second chance to this place at this time. May be after few months or never. What sweet about this place is the service. After our discussion with the lady over the counter, she was kind enough to not charge me. I like that and so 2 stars. Else I would rate 0.
