My aunt bought a trailer from Brian and at first he seemed very nice. She picked out the flooring. He put the cheapest carpet in not what she picked out. Flooring was supposed to be new but yet there are dips and even a hole in the kitchen. He said he was putting a new front door on which never happened. Yes we let these things slide instead of fighting a useless battle. We're had a time limit that we had already passed and knew it was pointless. After the down payment was made anytime he was contacted it was like he was annoyed with us.
