Ruby Tuesday

This is one of our go-to restaurants because we're vegan, and the salad bar is an excellent base for a meal of the "veggie trio," where you can choose vegetables. In fact, Ruby Tuesday, you'd got a tremendous opportunity there to get ahead of the curve and offer REAL vegan options on your menu. The salad is so fresh and varied, all you really need is a five or so vegan dishes to start advertising yourselves as a vegan-friendly restaurant. It's not convenient to our home, but we go there anyway.

Went in for lunch, not busy... Order was for 1 salad bar with a cup of soup and 1 mushroom burger. It took 35 minutes to receive my burger. After receiving my burger we had to prompt the server that we had not received the order of soup. Server did not apologize, just said “Ooops!!!” then proceeded to bring out a bowl of soup that was clearly sitting in the pickup window for a long time... it had a crust on top. The salad bar had two pasta dishes, one was completely flavorless and the second had half-cooked noodles, both completely inedible. I would not go back to this place with a free voucher!!!
