I had to have a cavity filled, and have really bad anxiety with dentists, I couldn't even feel when I got a shot or any of the procedure, it was extremely quick and PAINLESS!
I had to have x-rays done on my last visit, the technician let me keep the weighted apron on to help ease my anxiety, I had read somewhere that a weighted blanket helps ease anxiety and it did. They are so accommodating there! I only wish they had small tv's in the room so I can focus on that instead of trying to answer questions and small talk with hands in my mouth! =)
