First, the pros: The cut, color, and style I received turned out fantastic. The atmosphere is good and the staff are nice. The stylists really know what they are doing. My stylist stayed very late to finish my session, and I am so appreciative for that! You get what you pay for. The "not so great"s: You are certainly paying at this place. It is priced at salon range. This is probably not the best place for anyone on a budget. And, for the most expensive haircut I've ever received ($200+), it was definitely good, But I did leave with dye stains on my forehead, check, and neck. An easy thing to fix at home, but annoying. And I have paid for very good, if not equal quality haircuts, for much less. So, if money is a concern, I would suggest doing some more searching. Still, if you can afford it and are in the neighborhood, I'd recommend them. If the cost makes you wince, even a little, I hope this review might help you be less shell shocked upon hearing the price range as I was! Best of luck!
