The Salons @ The Greene

Very disappointed with Jena because even though I showed up exactly on time for my appointment, she made me wait because she had overbooked. She told me to come back after 15 minutes, I knew she would not be done in 15 minutes because she had literally started to wash the lady's hair. So I went walking around the Greene and came back after 20-25 minutes but there was another lady waiting now so Jena told me that since it was 30 minutes after my original appointment time, I could either wait for her to be done with another customer or reschedule. No apologies, nothing, like it was my fault. I wasted my Saturday afternoon, did not make plans with friends, drove 25 miles, just to be disrespected. Very unhappy. Please learn to respect others' time!!
