Saxon Village

Saxon was never like this when the other lady was running it. Now days it's horrible and going down hill. Its not the same at all. Roaches out the a** and I'm a very neat and clean person. Finally got it under control. Maintaince ppl suck and are really worthless. Rude as can be and acts like they don't care and don't wanna do the work they are being paid to do. I had to repair my bathroom ceiling my self along with a few other things. Took maintenance about two weeks to come in and fix my ceiling in the front room due to the roof leaking!!! Smh. they did a half ass job on that and did not clean up their mess. After they left I picked up paint chips, dry wall pieces and had to sweep/wipe my walls down. The little kids that run around up here are obnoxious as can be. Breaking other people's things, very disrespectful and annoying! I wish the other lady still ran saxon. Ive tried reporting everything to hud and the main office. I got absolutely no where with it what so ever.
