Beautiful venue, UNPROFESSIONAL owner! I was in a wedding at this venue and the owner caused a lot of stress for the bride and groom, and everyone else helping with wedding set up and tear down. While decorating the venue the day before the wedding the owner made several appearances and was extremely rude. She brought up multiple times rules that were not included in the contract, and said "you cannot trash this place". The bride and groom are two of the nicest, classiest, and cleanest people I know...her venue was not trashed. The venue was decorated beautifully for the wedding, and cleaned perfect after everything was over. Not only was she unprofessional the day before the wedding, but she showed up to the wedding/reception. Just because she's the owner does NOT mean she was invited to the festivities. Also, the owner is claiming there to be "damages" and is not giving the deposit back. The venue was left cleaner than it was found, and there were absolutely NO damages to the property. It's such a shame that when my friends think back to the memories of their wedding day, they won't only remember how perfect their day was, but the stress the owner caused before, during, and after the wedding.
