Upon moving into the house the home inspector told us we'd need to pump the tank out and have the risers and lids to the tank replaced. SOS was able to pump the tank out (for a relatively higher price than their competitors), but after three phone calls after a month they couldn't be bothered to come out and measure the risers and lids to replace them. I called a competitor and the work was done within the week after one phone call. With that lack of responsiveness they've lost my business permanently.
